For deliveries within the United States, our complimentary standard shipping usually takes 12-13 business days, while opting for express shipping reduces the delivery time to 6-7 business days.

In the instance of shipments to the European Union and the United Kingdom, standard shipping typically requires 6-8 business days, while express shipping accelerates the process with a delivery time of 3-6 business days.

Upon the dispatch of your order, an email containing the relevant tracking information will be sent to you. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the initial scan to appear, so there is no need for concern if your package does not show immediate transit status.

Our complimentary standard shipping to the US involves a two-stage process. Initially, packages travel from the workshop to the US warehouse. Subsequently, they are transferred to USPS for final delivery, and this stage is assigned the second tracking number. Unfortunately, due to limitations on the Shopify platform, we are unable to attach both tracking numbers in the order confirmation. Rest assured, we always provide the second (final) tracking number.

In the first week, you may observe a status indicating “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item.” Typically, this status implies that your package is on route to the US.

If you wish to cancel an order, kindly submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of the purchase date. Please note that orders already in the process of being made or those that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
